As of March 9, eligible Venezuelans are able to apply for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). This will allow eligible Venezuelans (and individuals without nationality who last resided in Venezuela) who were continuously residing in the US on March 8 to continue to reside and work in the US under temporary protected status thru September 9, 2022. Travel permits may also be obtained for individuals who qualify for TPS.
